Briscoe Western Art Museum

Briscoe Western Art Museum opened in 2013. It is housed in San Antonio's original public library from the 1930s. It is a museum concentrating on preserving the western art, history, and culture of the American West.

Sunday: 10am-5pm
Monday: 10am-5pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 10am-8pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm

*Closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Battle of Flowers, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day*

Adults (18+): $16
Children (12 and under): FREE 
Students *with ID: $14
Active Military *with ID: FREE
Retired Military/Veterans: $14
Military Dependents *with ID: $8
Senior (65+): $14

Bexar County Residents Free General Admission Hours:
First Sunday: 10am-5pm

Museums for All Program: SNAP, WIC, & MAP Receivers are FREE for up to Four (4) people with  EBT card.

Museums on Us Program: Bank of America and Merrill Lynch cardholders receive FREE general admission on the first full weekend of every month. 

Parking: No Free parking; paid parking lots and paid street parking are nearby. I would suggest taking the bus downtown, if possible, due to parking being limited.
